IHG Cluster learning & Quality Manager_ Crowne Plaza Amman in Jordan

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Cluster Learning & Quality Manager to join our team. This role is pivotal in driving the learning and development initiatives across our hotels, ensuring high standards of quality and consistency in service delivery. The ideal candidate will be passionate about training and development, with a keen eye for quality assurance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for all levels of staff across the cluster, ensuring alignment with brand standards and business objectives.

  • Conduct regular quality audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with operational standards.

  • Work closely with the hotels L&Q team to identify training needs and create tailored learning solutions.

  • Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and e-learning courses to enhance staff skills and knowledge.

  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, making adjustments as necessary to achieve desired outcomes.

  • Collaborate with the HR team to support career development and succession planning initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, Human Resources, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.

  • Proven track record in designing and delivering effective training programs.

  • Strong understanding of quality management principles and practices.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
