Description We are seeking a Sr. Financial Analyst to join our team based in Vadnais Heights, Minnesota, 55127-8507, United States. In this role, you will provide accurate and timely financial analysis and reporting for US and international businesses. You will also be responsible for producing budget forecasts, variance analyses, and executive-level presentations, as well as developing reports and dashboards to assist internal customers with driving the success of their department and the overall business.

Responsibilities:

• Provide financial analysis to internal customers and parent company

• Produce budget forecasts, variance analyses, and executive-level presentations

• Develop reports and dashboards to assist internal customer with driving the success of their department and the overall business

• Complete month-end consolidation of multiple international entities with US business

• Complete quarterly reporting for publicly traded international parent company

• Accept other responsibilities as assigned

• Complete training as identified by standard operating procedures and procedural work instructions

• Regular attendance is an essential job function

• Follow all Company policies and procedures relating to confidential proprietary information (CPI) including, but not limited to, what is outlined in the Confidentiality and Non-Solicitation Agreement. Requirements • The candidate must have a minimum of three years of experience in a similar role as a Financial Analyst.

• Comprehensive knowledge in finance is essential for this role.

• Proficiency in IFRS - International Financial Reporting Standards and IFRS Accounting is required.

• Experience with Eliminations, Intercompany Eliminations, and Consolidations is necessary.

• The candidate should have experience in Annual Planning, Analysis Planning, Financial Planning, and Financial Planning & Analysis (FP& A).

• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex financial data is required.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are crucial.

• Ability to work collaboratively with a team and independently when required.

• Proficiency in using financial software and Microsoft Office Suite is necessary.

• The candidate must have strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• A Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field is required.

• The candidate must possess a high degree of professional ethics and integrity.

• Strong time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.

• Knowledge of current financial legislation and regulations is a plus.

• The ability to present financial data using detailed reports and charts is crucial.

• Demonstrable strategic thinking and business acumen.
