As part of the Corporate Real Estate and Facility Management group, the Sr. Facilities Manager will lead the facility operations team to support all Jack Henry locations. The primary focus is on proactive and predictive maintenance, as well as interior and exterior repair projects to ensure consistent and reliable building availability. The leader will resolve challenging building issues, develop and document processes, and manage operating budgets. In addition, this leader will work with the other department leaders in providing extraordinary customer and employee experiences.

This position will be filled to work a Hybrid schedule out of one of the following Jack Henry office locations in Monett, MO or Springfield, MO. It will be necessary to be onsite at least 3 days per week for inspections, to oversee team activities, collaborate with peers, and for in office meetings and events. In addition, you must be able to travel occasionally to other Jack Henry office locations and data centers. If you are interested in this position, please apply on or before May 20, 2024.

What you'll be responsible for:

  • Leads and oversees the strategy development and execution of building operations and services for Jack Henry’s facilities.

  • Enables high performance of all facilities to assure building safety, optimization, and reliability, supporting the needs of the company.

  • Collaborates with cross-functional leaders to deliver solutions for challenging building issues.

  • Manages projects for all expense and capital repair & maintenance activities.

  • Provides direction and ensures effectiveness of internal facility management team members.

  • Conducts condition assessments of each of the Regional Facilities for the purposes of budgeting, planning, and forecasting of the company's needs.

  • Prepares annual operating budget and manages the financial performance of the facility management function. Supports capital budget planning.

  • Builds relationships and manages the performance of contractors, vendors, and service providers to ensure maximum performance.

  • Ensures that all maintenance & service agreements are fully executed.

  • Identifies opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies. Implements changes and initiatives to optimize resource utilization and service delivery.

  • Supports the implementation and management of a high-functioning IWMS. Develops predictive and preventive maintenance programs.

  • Performs other duties as assigned.

What you'll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • Must have experience utilizing CMMS- Computer Maintenance Management System

  • Minimum 5 years experience in maintenance at a large corporate campus environment

  • Must have a minimum of 5 years of people leadership.

  • Must have experience creating and managing a budget that is over a million dollars.

  • Must have experience as a trusted partner with line of business leaders.

  • Must be able to travel up to 10-15% to handle building inspections at other Jack Henry office locations and data centers as well as oversee team activities.

  • Must be able to respond to building emergencies outside of regular business hours.

What would be nice for you to have:

  • Certified Facility Manager (CFM) designation or similar (CCM, FMA, etc.).

  • Experience utilizing BAS (Building Automation System ) or EMS ( Energy Management System )

  • Exposure to other areas within Corporate Real Estate such as transactions, construction, critical Environments, workplace, office services (café, reception, shipping/receiving, etc.)
