Job Description Summary
The Steam and Generator Advanced Manufacturing Engineer is responsible for leading/ executing projects focused on industrializing new products, execution of transfers of work and development of processes from concept to non-conformance free. This position will be primarily focused on Steam Projects, Initiatives and Technologies.

Roles and Responsibilities
As the Steam and Generator Advanced Manufacturing Engineer, you will:
Manage/ Lead global NPIs and ToW projects, products and technology to secure Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost
Own component introduction/ implementation/ qualification… from design and manufacturability through stable production (industrialization)
Serve as an NPI Project Manager in a highly cross-functional environment with engineering, manufacturing, sourcing, product management at Gas Power Level (Incl. Steam, Generator, Gas and Repairs)
Improve and standardize the way of working within the team through the application of Lean methodology
Ensure the proper team is engaged in the Iterations from concept through final design with cross functional teams to ensure balance of producibility and cost
Be responsible for on time and on budget delivery of NPIs and strategic projects for both new units and services
Serve as a technical process owner for complex problems across a diverse supply chain partnering with stakeholders to solve business critical issues at Gas Power Level
Drive new technology and advanced manufacturing techniques that relate to Steam & Generator components.
Manage and communicate design change risks and impacts prior to implementation
This position will be primarily focused on Steam Projects, Initiatives & Technologies
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related technical discipline from an accredited college or university (or equivalent experience)
Significant proven experience in engineering/manufacturing/sourcing experience
Technical knowledge and experience in Steam Turbines/ Generators
Strong interpersonal, communication and leadership skills
Global service experience and ability to lead projects in cross functional and international teams
Strong analytical, project management organizational skills, detail orientation
Proficiency in English language, Polish language nice to have.

Six Sigma training or equivalent quality training
Proficient in Microsoft products

For U.S. based candidates only, for purposes of complying with U.S. pay transparency requirements, the base pay range for this position is $103,100.00-137,400.00-171,800.00 USD annually. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, geographic location, and skill set.
This position is also eligible for a 15 % annual performance bonus. This position will stay open on the career website until at least 4/30/2024 .
*The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%,120% or 130% of salary in certain areas.
