About the role

The Logistics International Manager is responsible for the management of the imported products chain, from origin till their arrival in Brazil/Uruguay and storage in the bonded area, complying with the requirements and regulations of the Ministry of Agriculture (MAPA) and Customs (Receita Federal).

She/he is in charge of the nationalization and availability of imported portfolio for the market, including the management of necessary rework to enable the entry of products in the market.

In addition, she/he is responsible for the entire export operation.

Also under her/his responsibilities is the management of the International Logistics budget (approx. USD 21M/year) and ensuring the correct application of taxes during the nationalization process (approx. USD 170M/year), looking for opportunities to reduce costs and improve the service level, meeting commercial and operational needs, safely.

This function will manage the new Brazil International logistics control tower, which will coordinate and execute all operational activities, with the operational partners.

In addition, she/he is responsible for managing the Diageo inventory within the bonded areas, (average of USD 13M monthly).

It is a role for Brazilian market performance, direct reporting to the Head of Logistics.
