Insight Global Business Development Manager in San Francisco, California

Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Business Development Manager for a security guard company specializing in providing comprehensive security solutions to businesses, organizations, and individuals. As a Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and expansion of our business. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and nurturing client relationships to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets. This position requires a dynamic individual with strong interpersonal skills, a strategic mindset, and a proven track record of success in business development within the security industry. Responsibilities:

Identify and Pursue New Business Opportunities:

 - Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential clients and market segments.

 - Proactively seek out new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and other lead generation strategies.

 - Develop and implement effective sales strategies to penetrate target markets and acquire new clients.

 - Organized and methodical in building a pipeline, measuring activity levels, preferably through use of various CRM + Sales Platforms

Build and Maintain Client Relationships:

  • Cultivate strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and foster repeat business.

  • Establish rapport with key decision-makers and stakeholders to understand their security needs and requirements.

  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing expert guidance and recommendations on security solutions.

Develop Strategic Partnerships:

 - Identify and forge strategic partnerships with complementary businesses, industry associations, and other stakeholders to expand our market reach.

 - Collaborate with partners to leverage their networks and resources to generate leads and drive business growth.

Prepare and Present Proposals:

 - Prepare customized proposals and presentations tailored to the specific needs and requirements of prospective clients.

 - Effectively communicate the value proposition of our security services and solutions to prospective clients.

 - Present proposals to clients and negotiate contracts terms and pricing to secure new business.

Monitor Market Trends and Competitive Landscape:

 - Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitive activities.

Analyze competitor offerings and market dynamics to identify areas of opportunity and differentiation.

Skills and Requirements

- 5+ years of experience in Business Development/Outbound Sales in the security guard services industry

- Previous experience working at companies like Allied Universal, ProGuard, GardaWorld, etc

- Demonstrated, measurable sales results against quotas/targets/objectives

- Knowledge of security industry trends, technologies, and best practices is preferred.

- Strong networking and relationship-building skills. null
