CREDIT/RECEIVABLES ANALYST

Essential Cabinetry Group is looking for a friendly, focused, and diligent person to join our team as a Credit/ Receivables Analyst at our South Carolina location, Executive Cabinetry. This position will be responsible for collecting payments from clients located throughout the United States for our three manufacturing locations. This is an exciting, fast-paced, high volume role that requires accuracy, speed, and the ability to focus distracting environments. A fun, outgoing personality is a must. The role reports directly to the AR/Credit Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Keeping track of assigned accounts to identify outstanding debts
• Planning course of action to recover outstanding payments
• Maintaining databases and spreadsheets, updating information as needed
• Communicating with clients and customers to request and arrange payments
• Recording and tracking payments in databases
• Updating client accounts based on payment or contact information
• Updating sales reports for distribution to Sales Managers, Reps, and Sr. Staff

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills as well as the ability to maintain professionalism under pressure
• Ability to handle stress with ease and a "take it in stride" mentality
• An ability to diffuse an upset customer
• A passion for helping all people, even the difficult ones.
• Great organizational skills, accuracy and attention to detail
• Advanced computer skills and proficiency with the ability to export large amounts of data
• Excel proficiency (Pivot Tables)

Preferred but not required:

• Sage Intact Experience
• Minimum of 5 years in an AR Role
• Minimum of 2 Years in a Credit Analyst Role
