We are seeking a skilled Credit Analyst with a strong background in financial analysis and commercial experience to join our dynamic finance team. This role demands a professional who excels in evaluating financial data to assess creditworthiness and risk, and who can provide insights that influence business decisions.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed financial statement analysis to assess the financial stability and creditworthiness of existing and potential clients.

• Leverage commercial experience to understand market trends and the financial landscapes of various industries.

• Prepare credit reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends.

• Work closely with the finance team to develop and refine credit analysis metrics and models.

• Recommend credit limits and terms based on comprehensive risk assessments.

• Liaise with other departments to share insights and align strategies that mitigate financial risks.

• Stay informed of regulatory, legal, and market changes that could impact credit and financial assessment processes.

  Requirements

• Proven experience in financial analysis and commercial credit roles.

• Strong proficiency in financial modeling techniques and tools.

• Excellent analytical, organizational, and decision-making skills.

• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel for complex spreadsheets and financial modeling.

• Ability to communicate financial insights and recommendations effectively to stakeholders at all levels.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications such as CFA or CPA are a plus.
