Trent Cadillac Buick GMC BDC Sales Representative in New Bern, North Carolina
Duties: - Conduct calls to potential customers to generate sales leads - Utilize outbound sales techniques to reach out to prospects and them into customers - Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions - Deliver persuasive sales presentations and engage in public speaking to promote products or services - Utilize upselling techniques to maximize sales revenue - Provide sales support by answering customer inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns - Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor offerings to effectively position products or services - Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets
Requirements: - Proven experience in sales, preferably in a retail or similar environment - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers - Proficient in basic math for pricing calculations and discounts - Self-motivated and target-driven with a passion for achieving sales goals - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team - Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools is a plus
