Job Duties: Identify new business opportunities within assigned accounts. Responsible for farming new business acquisition by selling technology services. Managing existing accounts, responsible for the growth of the accounts in terms of revenue and invoice clearance. Accountable for the delivery of software development and attending weekly calls with the client for project review. Responsible for achieving individual revenue growth and targets. Closely working with pre-sales and technical teams to prepare decks and proposals to acquire new business for the organization. Interacting and consulting with leadership executives to sell IT services and maintain relationships. Handling the new leads right after setting up the appointment, lead qualification, converting lead into new opportunity, approvals, and deal closure. Building sales pipeline, negotiation and deal closing. Contributing towards the development and implementation of the overall organizations strategy. Understand the business goals (revenue growth, profitability, proportionate share of revenue from design services and solutions) of the organization and work towards achieving the same. Prepare Commercial Proposals and Negotiate contracts & licensing agreements with Customers & Partners independently and with complete discretionary powers. Construct high level marketing research reports to identify potential customers and Technologies to invest and grow business. Contract review and negotiations with customers. Formulating and implementing the strategic plan that guides the direction of the business or organization. Evaluating the success of the organization and maintaining awareness of both the external and internal competitive landscape, opportunities for expansion, customers, markets, new industry developments and standards, and so forth. Ensure the delivery of high-quality services while managing current and future growth.

Job Requirements: Required Bachelors or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Computer Science, or any related field + 2 years of experience in the job offered, Sales Officer, Manager, Analyst or related. Must be able to travel/relocate to various client sites throughout the US.
