Our client, a Major Cosmetics Firm in the Melville area is seeking a Technical Operator to join their team for 2nd shift! Looking for an opportunity to grow and build your skill set? Bring your hard work to a team that appreciates it!!

Job Title: Technical Operator

Location: Melville, NY

Pay Range: $21hr

2nd Shift: Mon-Fri 3:30pm - 11:30pm

What’s the Job?

  • Operate and support changing over different types of packaging equipment efficiently and effectively.

  • Ensure all quality and safety processes are being maintained.

  • Complete all required documentation and adhere to all SOP/WKI procedures that apply to running or changing over packaging equipment.

  • Perform basic mechanical troubleshooting during the course of running the packaging equipment.

  • May be assigned as a station-filled operator on the packaging equipment.

What’s Needed from YOU!

  • Preferred 6 months of packaging operator exp.

  • PMHE License preferred

  • Must be able to read, write and communicate in English

  • Basic mechanical & technical skills

  • Ability to lift 50lbs

  • Strong communication, problem solving and multi-tasking skills.

  • Able to work overtime
