Champion Home Builder, Inc wants YOU! We are seeking to hire a Full-Time Crew Members - Day Shift to join our team in the Laurinburg, NC region .

FLSA Status : Non-exempt

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Cut and assemble countertops and edging

• Install countertops

• Perform other duties in the cabinet shop!

• Read and use a tape measure

• Read blue prints and orders

• Use hand tools, air tools, and electrical tools

• Plumbing and electrical tasks

  Each of these departments are separate but work together, having knowledge of both is beneficial.

  Competencies

• Must have a strong work ethic

• Must have the ability to work quickly and methodically

• Must understand and follow safety procedures

• Must have good teamwork skills

• Must live the Champion Operating Principles

  Qualifications

• Less than high school education; or up to one-month related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Previous experience in manufacturing/modular housing is desired BUT not required, we will train you in-house.

• Previous experience in construction-related positions

• Experience in Plumbing, Electrical, and General carpentry
