The Sustainability Coordinator will coordinate all Clemens Food Group sustainability efforts, including data collection, data analysis, compliance recordkeeping, and project management.  The Coordinator will work within the six pillars of CFG Sustainability: worker safety, food safety, animal care, community, labor/human rights, and the environment, to ensure all data is collected and maintained in a comprehensive database representative of the company's sustainability metrics. Job Description: Provide support, in the form of data, resources, and/or experience, to the CFG Sustainability Department in both internal conversations and conversations with external stakeholders such as customers and suppliers. Coordinate further improvement of sustainability efforts, such as participation in industry groups, establishing supplier and/or customer partnerships, scheduling and leading audits/certifications, and development of systems by which sustainability data can be tracked and trended. Serve as resource for internal and external stakeholders when questions or concerns arise regarding sustainable practices and their implementation. Qualifications

Education Bachelors (required)

Experience 2 years: Two years of experience in sustainability, Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG), and/or environmental roles is required. Strong understanding of agricultural industries, knowledge of relevant environmental sustainability platforms and programs, and the ability to build and maintain strong cross-functional relationships with stakeholders will be important for this role. (required) Thorough knowledge of current global sustainability efforts and reporting platforms will also be important in this role, as is working knowledge of Microsoft Office, and willingness to learn data entry and analysis in various virtual platforms.  Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.  Some overnight travel to out-of-state sites or meetings may be required.  (required)
