GE HealthCare’s PET Supply Chain-Americas is searching for a PET Supply Specialist. This position’s primary responsibilities will support and facilitate the orders, materials, tracking, and financial analysis of the diagnostic radiopharmaceuticals manufactured at GE HealthCare’s Contract Drug Manufacturing Organizations (CDMO). This role will provide an opportunity to become part of a growing segment within GE HealthCare Pharmaceutical Diagnostics and deliver the future of precision healthcare. Candidates should expect to work within a fast-paced team that supports a range of priorities throughout each year.

Our Pharmaceutical Diagnostics (PDx) business is the number one global supplier of contrast media and molecular imaging agents used to enhance medical imaging exams. Used throughout all major disease area diagnostic and treatment pathways, PDx products support three patients every second around the world.

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Work cross-functionally to ensure the successful onboarding and maintenance of CDMO partners.

  • Maintain, categorize, and update GE Healthcare’s internal records to track customer, dose, financial status, and batch status for commercial and clinical orders.

  • Collaborate with US, European, and APAC counterparts to establish new workflows that streamline and optimize business success.

  • Organize meetings to ensure cross-functional teams understand actions needed and support required.

  • Collect, organize, and audit invoices from all CDMO partners to ensure payments are processed in a timely and compliant manner.

  • Organize shipments of raw materials across the globe to ensure CDMO partners have the necessary supplies to reliably produce GE Healthcare’s radiopharmaceuticals.

  • Assist in the creation of business cases to drive CDMO expansion across the Americas.

  • Establish and maintain logistics routes that CDMO partners can use to ship radiopharmaceuticals.

  • Collaborate with Medical Affairs, Pharma Services, and R&D divisions to ensure all clinical studies are supplied appropriately.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university/college with 4 years of Manufacturing/Dispensing or Data Analytics experience OR (or a high school diploma / GED) with at least 6 years of experience in Manufacturing/Dispensing or Data Analytics.

Desired Characteristics:

  • Prior experience within the radiopharmaceutical space

  • Strong oral and written communication skills.

  • Experience using SAP/SSP/Agora, Power BI, Microsoft Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

  • Demonstrated ability to analyze, triage, and resolve problems.

  • Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.

  • Established organizational and project management skills.

For U.S. based positions only, the pay range for this position is $82,400.00-$123,600.00 Annual. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location. In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). GE HealthCare offers a competitive benefits package, including not but limited to medical, dental, vision, paid time off, a 401(k) plan with employee and company contribution opportunities, life, disability, and accident insurance, and tuition reimbursement.
