Description As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for our valued customers, providing exceptional service and support. You will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining positive relationships. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information regarding products, orders, pricing, and delivery timelines. Handle customer complaints or issues promptly and professionally, striving for a satisfactory resolution. Collaborate with various internal departments, including sales, production, and shipping, to ensure smooth order processing and delivery. Maintain accurate customer records, including order details, interactions, and special requests. Assist in processing sales orders, tracking shipments, and managing inventory levels. Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer experience and recommend solutions to management. Stay up to date with product knowledge, industry trends, and company policies to provide accurate and timely information to customers. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments or supervisors as needed. Strive to meet and exceed individual and team performance metrics, including customer satisfaction ratings and response times. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred. Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Proficient in using customer service software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. Detail-oriented and organized with a focus on accuracy. Ability to remain calm and detail oriented in stressful situations. Flexibility to adapt to changing customer needs and business demands. Knowledge of manufacturing processes, products, and terminology is a plus. Requirements Excel, data entry,
