The Opportunity

The Digital Marketing & Communications Manager will be responsible for attracting and engaging clients using data driven marketing and communications techniques. This role contributes to positioning CBRE as the firm of choice in each of our segments and key markets in the MENA region, with a focus on the UAE and Saudi Arabia. To realise this ambition, this role supports the marketing and communications team in providing leadership and direction in the development of dynamic campaigns, communication programmes and marketing strategies driven by data insight.

Additionally the role oversees many aspects of the content delivery, campaign development and implementation as well as ROI and follow up to support the team’s marketing strategy. In this role you will lead the charge for creating and delivering exciting new digitally integrated end-to-end programmes designed to improve the firm’s position in the market, enhance client relationships and drive revenue opportunities as well as for educating and embedding process to support the use of greater digital channels.

Key Tasks

Content & digital channels

  • Leading the content strategy execution through digital channels by elevating and expanding our digital marketing approach, including managing the regional editorial calendar to ensure a pipeline of content aligned to strategic priorities.

  • Planning, measuring and managing digital marketing campaigns in line with the firm's business priorities, including implementing SEO, SEM and PPC strategies for lead generation, tracking performance via Google Analytics metrics and providing reports.

  • Managing the firm’s regional websites and social media accounts, including LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram and Facebook.

  • Using digital platforms to set up campaigns on LinkedIn, Twitter and Instagram as well as analyzing performance for optimization.

  • Writing and proofreading creative copy to enhance our clients’ experience and engagement, including creating client mailings, managing distribution and reporting on engagement statistics.

  • Planning and delivery of webinars, podcasts, videos, animations and other digital content.

Tracking & Monitoring

  • Tracking, monitoring and assessing engagement performance of regional content, using data to identify best practice and areas for improvement and reporting on ROI.

  • Define KPIs to track and analyze digital channels and implement optimizations.

  • Identify trends and insights to optimize digital channel performance.

General marketing and communications

  • Liaise with other regional digital marketing teams across the CBRE network to ensure alignment and coordination in MENA

  • Managing the production of assets or marketing materials to support regional campaigns

Our ideal person is someone who:

  • Has acquired a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from four-year college or university and a minimum of three to four years of related experience and/or training (preferred)

  • Possesses excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practice

  • Has extensive experience with B2B social media platforms and tools like: Facebook Ads, Google AdWords, Advance Web, SEM Rush, SEO, CMS (i.e. Sitecore)

  • Has accrued skills and experience in digital content creation

  • Can demonstrate a strong knowledge of web analytics tools (Google Analytics)

  • Has proven experience of working in B2B marketing team.

  • Is able to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing, with fluency in Arabic or another language being highly advantageous
