What you would be doing in this role:

Work with the sales team and incoming calls from customers.

Assigned sales reps to work closely with

Problem solving and working with various departments to solve the calls/needs of the customer

Send out products, take in returns (not physically), handle questions

invoice and sales order processing as well as various sales support activities.

Work with the repair dept. to get the correct information for end user. Help with and give repair quotes.

Experience:

Customer Service Experience

Detail oriented and can handle working with a team and independently
