are you passionate about cybersecurity and skilled in driving user awareness initiatives? randstad is seeking a Security User Awareness Global Coordinator to join our Global CISO-Office team. this role will focus on developing and executing security awareness programs for Southern Europe and Latin America, covering approximately 15,000 employees across 10 countries.

responsibilities:

• coordinate the security awareness team across regions and liaise with Information Security Officers (ISOs).

• design and execute engaging monthly user awareness campaigns tailored to each country's threat landscape.

• conduct phishing exercises to assess employee susceptibility and measure campaign effectiveness.

• stay updated on cybersecurity trends to ensure relevance and effectiveness of awareness initiatives.

• collaborate with cybersecurity vendors to integrate security awareness initiatives seamlessly.

requirements:

• significant experience and understanding of security awareness and training

• fluency in English and ideally one additional language from target regions (Dutch, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, or French).

• experience in navigating large, complex, matrix organisations

• strong understanding of phishing attacks and common cyber threats.

• experience with Proofpoint or similar security awareness platforms is a plus.
