Job Number: R0193865 COMSEC & Key Management Infrastructure Operating Account Manager The Opportunity: Are you looking for an opportunity to share your experience in COMSEC as a Key Management Infrastructure Operating Account Manager (KOAM) to support our country and safeguard our nation? You can identify the load and maintain crypto keys, and manage a COMSEC inventory and administrative documentation for COMSEC equipment and materials needed to keep critical IT infrastructure safe following industry standard best practices. We need your experience to lead the development and implementation of security solutions that will protect our military IT infrastructure. On our team, you'll troubleshoot and analyze complex challenges for customers using your knowledge of COMSEC key management best practices while helping to train others on proper COMSEC procedures and proper use of COMSEC equipment and material. You'll use your curiosity for technology and market trends to further research and develop security solutions. Using your knowledge and experience in a secured environment, such as SAP, SAR, or SCI, you'll assess security threats and implement infrastructure controls. In this role, you'll closely impact DoD IT security by protecting essential IT communication assets. What You'll Work On: Develop relationships quickly and easily with other teams, communicating the complexities of security with a wide variety of audiences, including senior management. Implement infrastructure and cyber security controls, including enhanced detection and vulnerability capabilities and improved event correlation in large enterprises. Perform risk and vulnerability assessments in network, system, and application areas and leverage big data analytics and traditional security event types to identify advanced threats or indicators of compromise. You Have: 6+ years of experience with COMSEC and KOAM Knowledge of COMSEC management, inventory, and administrative documentation for COMSEC equipment and materials Knowledge of USAF COMSEC policies and procedures Ability to train program personnel on COMSEC procedures and proper use of equipment and material TS/SCI clearance HS diploma or GED CompTIA Security+ certification Nice If You Have: Experience in SAR and SCI environments preferred Knowledge of advanced key management systems Ability to learn, grow, and support complex missions in a dynamic environment TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph Bachelor's degree Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.
