Copeland Temporary Payroll Supervisor in Chihuahua, Mexico

  • Invoice in the Customs inventory control system, virtual Imports and/or daily Exports and/or Temporary and/or Definitive Imports.

• Verify through Checklist the operations carried out in the Customs inventory system.

• Validate the information established in the petitions in accordance with Annex 22 of the RGCE. (General Foreign Trade Rules)

• Keep file control up to date, as well as the electronic file related to imports and exports.

• Provide support in the additional activities of the Customs Department to keep the operation up and running and compliant.

• Maintain controls for monitoring import and export cargo.

• Consult the preferential programs for the application of import benefits.

• Verify in the ERP system the raw materials received and reconcile this information with the referrals from the suppliers, to subsequently capture them in the Customs inventory control system.

• Request for positive opinions and file them.

• Comply with the security standards of the C-TPAT and AEO (OEA) profile.

  • Support the updating of procedures of the Customs department.

  • Support for internal and external audits scheduled by the Customs Supervisor.

  • Support for the inventory of machinery and equipment.

  • Creation of Classification Sheets for part numbers in support of fraction validation or new numbers.

  • Realization of Sub maquila Notices

  • Realization of Transfer Notices

  • Control and conclusion of American documents in the customs agency portal. (Inbonds)

  • Support and support for special projects of the department.

  • Review of the SAT Black List for our virtual suppliers.

*Assignment of security seals for shipments and their supply.

  • Generation of COVE files.

  • Ensure canine reviews of all our exports.

  • Release of payments of petitions and customs agency fees

  • Follow up of new part numbers of raw material and finished product

  • Creation of classification cards to register numbers similar to those already active.

  • Duty Drawback reports.

  • Physical file of customs operations.

  • Approval of Rework.

  • Support for carrying out Internal and External Audits derived from our AEO (OEA) and CTPAT certifications.

Authority:

*Generate customs documentation in the Customs inventory system

• Monitor loads on carrier tracking portal.

• Modify and upload documents to the portal of the customs agency.

• Review of Customs reports.

• Sign material exit passes.

Basic requirements:

*Minimum experience of 3 years in the Customs area.

• Import,

• Export,

• Virtual,

• Annex 24

• English 80-90% conversational

• Extensive knowledge in foreign trade operations

• Proactive

• Basic knowledge of C-TPAT and AEO (OEA) standards.

• Proficient and good level of knowledge in Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint.

• Wide schedule availability.

• Ability to work under pressure.

Desirable Requirements:

• Related Master's Degree in Foreign Trade

• Knowledge and Management of VUCEM Portal.
