We have an immediate need for a Retail Field Services Project Manager. The Field Services Project Manager is responsible for project planning, coordination and supervising all aspects related to successful implementation of in store phase of retail growth projects. Sets deadlines, assigns responsibilities, monitors and summarizes progress of project. Instrumental in coordination of processes and training to insure Customer/Retailer has been given the appropriate resources to be successful at project completion. Provides for a smooth hand-off of the project to Field Sales/Support - Retail Consultants/Regional Managers.
RETAIL IMPLEMENTATION – Leads the retail implementation store project as the time-line dictates, including: development of on-site project implementation plan, oversee fixture installation, assist retailer in placing additional fixture orders as required, schedule Open Stock Oder deliveries, direct merchandise placement ensuring planogram integrity, provide direction on interior decor installation, assist retailer in placing fill-in orders, and manage the merchandiser budget.
COMMUNICATIONS – Leads the retail implementation store project communication, including: pre-project report, daily updates to the project team, weekly status reports, weekly project conference call, final punch list and expenses per project.
TIMELINES – Monitors overall retail implementation time line to ensure project is completed on time and meets or exceeds expectations, including: responding, reacting and completing tasks as assigned.
ON BOARDING – Insures that the Customer/Retailer has available resources and knowledge to
effectively run the store upon project completion. Providing a smooth transition to on going field support.
Minimum Type and Years of Related Experience Required:
Three to five years of relevant experience in store operations, store implementation and project management
Retail, Sales and Merchandising experience required
Strong communication and time management skills required
Proficient in using widely used PC applications
Minimum Education Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent work experience
