Position Summary

As Huron continues to grow, there is a need in our Education and Research practice for a Marketing Automation subject matter expert with working, applicable knowledge of Marketing Cloud. This role will work closely with the Education and Research Industry lead, Marketing Technology Practice Lead, and other key members to develop marketing and engagement solutions to meet the needs of our Education customers. These solutions will predominantly, but not exclusively, be focused around the Salesforce Marketing Cloud suite. The role will involve both scoping and developing projects, as well as leading projects as a Solution Architect for Educational institutions.

Qualifications

Responsibilities:

• Provide Industry Expertise on Marketing Cloud projects specific to Education-focused projects

• SME for Education on Marketing-focused projects (Strategy, Capacity Services, Implementations, etc.)

• Solution Architect lead on MC implementations

• Scope MC-focused projects (Business-development)

• Define deliverables

• Define project steps/phases

• Define resourcing needs

Skills:

• Deep understanding of how the Education industry functions as it relates to Marketing, Communications, and Engagement.

• Knowledge of Student Success, Enrollment, and Central Marketing functions at universities. Advancement experience a plus

• Ability to define scope of work focused on Marketing Cloud/Marketing Automation

The estimated base salary range for this job is $165,000 - $185,000. The range represents a good faith estimate of the range that Huron reasonably expects to pay for this job at the time of the job posting. The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel. This job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s annual incentive compensation program, which reflects Huron’s pay for performance philosophy. Inclusive of annual incentive compensation opportunity, the total estimated compensation range for this job is $198,000 - $222,00. The job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s benefit plans which include medical, dental and vision coverage and other wellness programs. The salary range information provided is in accordance with applicable state and local laws regarding salary transparency that are currently in effect and may be implemented in the future.
