Position Description:

E-volve Technology Systems, Inc. is hiring a Communications Support Specialist to work in support  of the government customer's requirements including oversight and management of communications equipment and Communications Security (COMSEC) for Advanced Technologies Intelligence (ATI). Related COMSEC experience is required for consideration. This position works on-site in a cross-functional team environment with government and contractor personnel.

Duties and responsibilities include:

• Provide communications specialist support including the oversight and management of the communications equipment and COMSEC.

• Provide technical solutions and seeks new technologies that can be used to ensure

operators accomplish their mission objectives.

• Maintain and support all equipment necessary to support field operations, including testing the equipment and training ATI personnel.

• Provide support to logistics staff regarding inventory of COMSEC and other communication equipment.

• Maintain and log all satellite systems, Iridium phones, and pagers.

• Support technical decisions made by ATI senior management regarding communications equipment and protocols.

• Track and maintain all COMSEC material and related equipment.

• Support ongoing OCONUS field activities as well as CONUS operations.

• Maintain IT/laptop accountability, maintenance and distribution, as required.

• Follow customer's logistics procedures and protocols to account for ATI assigned property.

• Serve as backup for the specific objectives, projects, and duties performed on a daily basis by the logistics coordinators.

  Education and qualifications:

• U.S. citizenship

• Current TS/SCI security clearance

• Current CI Polygraph or ability to obtain CI Polygraph

• 5+ years of related experience supporting COMSEC including prior experience and direct knowledge/expertise supporting DoD logistics

• Outstanding customer service and organizational skills with the ability to multi-task

• Effective written and verbal English communication skills

• Availability to support on-site work in Charlottesville (no remote work offered)

  Preferred experience:

• Bachelor's degree is preferred
