Job DescriptionOverviewTraffic Dispatcher Team Supervisor at Frito-LayAre you looking to take a step forward in your career with a leading role in a dynamic team? Frito-Lay is seeking a dedicated and experienced individual to join us as a Traffic Dispatcher Supervisor. This position plays a crucial role in our logistics and distribution operations, providing both leadership and functional expertise.Schedule:* Work Schedule: Sunday - Thursday, 22:00 - 06:00.* Days Off: Friday and Saturday.Responsibilities* Provides daily work direction to frontline associates.* Creates training and delivers developmental materials for dispatch teams; facilitates team meetings.* Weekday dispatch Scheduling.* Dispatch 2nd to 3rd shift handoff.* Hostler team direction/issue Resolution.* Weekend dispatch decision making/tradeoff/run coverage.* Dispatch coverage when no alternate solution is available.* Uses technical systems for reporting and analytics.* DPS, YMS, SAP, Microsoft Suite.* Leads daily performance meetings and reviews.* Conducts performance coaching, provides individual feedback, and issues corrective action.* Makes daily decisions impacting the business.* Handles all team performance and personnel issues.* Manages time and payroll systems.Compensation & Benefits:* The expected compensation range for this position is between $50,600 - $75,950 based on a full-time schedule.* Location, confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary.* Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.* In addition to salary, PepsiCo offers a comprehensive benefits package to support our employees and their families, subject to elections andeligibility: Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, Health and Dependent Care Reimbursement Accounts, Employee Assistance Program (EAP), Insurance (Accident, Group Legal, Life), Defined Contribution Retirement Plan.Qualifications* High School Diploma required.* Associates degree or equivalent background preferred.* Experience in Traffic Preferred.* 3 + years’ experience in Supervising Others Preferred.* Strong Verbal and Written Communication Skills.* Experience in Coaching and Monitoring Performance of Others.* Able to Instruct and Teach Others.* Skills in Organizing, Planning and Prioritizing Work.* Troubleshooting and Problem Solving Capabilities.* Knowledge of General Regulatory & Safety Processes and Procedures.* Mechanical and Technical Aptitude.EEO StatementAll qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, protected veteran status, or disability status.PepsiCo is an Equal Opportunity Employer: Female / Minority / Disability / Protected Veteran / Sexual Orientation / Gender Identity.If you'd like more information about your EEO rights as an applicant under the law, please download the available EEO is the Law & EEO is the Law Supplement documents.
