We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Maintenance Mechanic to ensure the efficient operation of our food production equipment. The ideal candidate will have a background in mechanical maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair within a food manufacturing environment. Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance on production equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.

• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical issues with conveyors, mixers, packaging machines, and other food production equipment.

• Conduct preventative maintenance tasks according to schedule to prevent equipment failure and ensure compliance with safety standards.

• Collaborate with production supervisors and operators to address maintenance needs and prioritize tasks based on production schedules.

• Document maintenance activities, including repairs, inspections, and parts inventory, using computerized maintenance management systems.

• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including safety protocols and equipment maintenance guidelines.

• Participate in training programs to stay updated on new technologies and best practices in food production maintenance.
