Sr. Director Facilities Management

The Sr. Director will provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for Facilities services at all UCHealth hospital facilities. This role is ideal for a dedicated professional seeking to lead a strong team and bringing an already robust facilities management strategy to the next level.

Reporting Relationships

Reports to: Vice President Facilities Design & Construction

The pay range for this position is: $144,872 - $231,795 / year. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience.

Education/Certification

• Minimum Required Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field. Preferred: Master's degree in related field.

• Minimum Experience: 7 years of relevant experience.

• Preferred Experience: facilities leadership experience in a large health system overseeing multiple facilities. Knowledge of Joint Commission readiness and energy management.
