FTE: Full Time, 1.0, 80.00 hours per pay period (2 weeks)

Pay: $29.54 - $44.31 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience

Summary:Provides daily oversight of and leads ongoing development and improvement of a program area or service.

Responsibilities:Manages the development, implementation and evaluation of program or area services and initiatives. Supports the strategic direction and oversees project execution for program area.

Collaborates with multidisciplinary teams to address program development, focusing on marketing strategies and efforts to enhance business development opportunities.

Identifies opportunities to build broad awareness of and generate demand for programs, procedures, and practices among referring physicians and patients.

Partners with other divisions and departments to deliver customer service across all brand touch points to referring physician and patient audiences, including participation in department-wide service improvement measurement, analysis and plan development efforts.

Within scope of job, requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgement and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and take appropriate action.

Requirements:

• Minimum Required Education: Bachelor's degree.

• Required Licensure/Certification: None. Preferred Licensed or Registered Healthcare Professional

• Minimum Experience: 3 years of related experience.
