Robert Half Property Manager in Allentown, Pennsylvania

Description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join a small local organization in the Lehigh Valley as a Property Manager. The Property Manager will oversee the daily operations of certain properties, ensuring tenant satisfaction, managing maintenance requests, and maintaining company and property standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of property operations, including leasing, rent collection, maintenance, and tenant relations.

  • Market and show available units to prospective tenants, conduct tenant screenings, and execute lease agreements.

  • Coordinate and oversee maintenance and repairs, ensuring timely completion and quality work.

  • Address tenant inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally.

  • Conduct regular property inspections to assess condition and identify maintenance needs.

  • Enforce lease terms, policies, and procedures consistently and fairly.

  • Monitor property budgets, expenses, and financial performance.

  • Collaborate with vendors, contractors, and service providers to ensure efficient property management.

  • Source and build relationships with prospective clients to expand business opportunities.

    Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field preferred.

  • 1+ years of experience as a Property Manager or similar role in property management.

  • Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.

  • Knowledge of property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Basic understanding of all regulations and laws pertaining to property management

  • Familiarity with landlord-tenant laws and fair housing regulations.

  • Ability to work independently and make sound decisions.

  • Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation or similar certification is a preferred.
